An Occupational Psychologist, Clare White has many years experience of developing leadership potential in organisations. Her particular expertise is leadership assessment and development, and she conducts assessment and development centres up to senior executive level.

She delivers many of our management development programmes and has a particular interest in developing managers in their first people management role.
