Accountable to the Global Services Director of one of the UK's largest IT companies. We planned and led a business transformation programme to restructure and refocus their £500 million Professional Services business. We led the board in identification of the new vision and the steps required to achieve it. We then took overall responsibility for leading a programme team of 20 senior managers to fully implement the business transformation in under 6 months.
